Release 2.4: New route type and more Audit Panel alerts

New route type: Maintenance routes for tractors

Copilot has a new route type: MAINT - Maintenance, which allows you to define when a truck is “in use” or unavailable due to a maintenance request.

The MAINT route can be selected in Route Type dropdown.

A Maintenance Route requires the following fields to be complete:

  • Start Date
  • Start Time
  • End Date
  • End Time
  • Start Point
  • End Point
  • Asset

Warning alerts for upcoming routes that have not been driver accepted

The Audit Panel will now include alerts for routes that are scheduled to start within 12 hours but have not yet been accepted by the driver via text message.

This gives AFPs an advance notice within the application to confirm with the driver directly. AFP management contacts will continue to receive courtesy text message alerts for routes that have not yet been driver accepted.

Users can click on the alert to be taken to the route directly. From there users can assign the route to another driver or manually set the Driver Acceptance field.
