Configure your Workspace Settings

This guide explains how to configure your Laminar Copilot workspace so it’s set up correctly for your AFP’s operations.

Updated over a month ago

Accessing Workspace Settings

  1. In the Copilot app, click the gear icon at the bottom of the side navigation.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. From here, you can adjust key workspace configurations.

AFP Management Contacts

Make sure your AFP management team’s contact details are up to date:

  • Add the phone numbers of AFP managers who should be notified if there’s a risk of routes being rejected or left unfilled by drivers.

  • You can also view all text notifications sent to your AFP management team in this article.

Pro Tip: Keep this list updated whenever your management team changes to avoid missed alerts.

Scheduling Features

Review the scheduling feature toggles and make sure the correct ones are enabled for your operation:

  • Slip seating

  • 4 on 4 off

Note: Enabling these ensures that Copilot’s scheduling logic matches the way you like to assign routes to your drivers and assets.

Workspace Features

You can also control additional features that impact your workspace experience:

  • AI Assistant – Toggle this on or off depending on whether you want Copilot’s AI assistant available in your app.
