Managing RoutesRelay Integration

Relay Integration

Sync driver assignments from Laminar Copilot directly to Amazon Relay, so you don't have to manually select driver assignments in Relay.

Relay Integration syncs all driver assignments on your routes within Copilot directly to Amazon Relay. Once it's set up, you no longer need to manually select the driver assignment for each route in Relay — Copilot pushes your assignments over for you.

Setting up Relay Integration

Relay Integration requires a one-time setup with our Support team, since it involves inviting Laminar Copilot to your Amazon Relay account with Dispatcher access.

Submit a support ticket to get started. Our team will walk you through inviting Laminar Copilot to Relay with Dispatcher access.

How drivers are matched

Relay Integration matches drivers between Copilot and Relay using their phone number or email address. For a driver's assignment to sync correctly, at least one of these must match exactly between the driver's record in Copilot's Driver Roster and their profile in Relay.

If neither a driver's phone number nor email matches between Copilot and Relay, their assignment won't sync. If a driver's assignment isn't appearing as expected in Relay, check that their phone number or email matches on both sides first.

Syncing assignments to Relay

Once setup is complete, you can push your current driver assignments to Relay at any time:

  1. From the Copilot dashboard, go to Command Center in the side navigation.
  2. Open the Schedule tab.
  3. Click Sync to Relay in the top right of the tab.

All driver assignments on your routes are sent to Amazon Relay, so you don't have to manually select them there.

Sync to Relay only pushes your assignments when you click it — it isn't automatic. If you reassign a driver on a route after syncing, click Sync to Relay again to send the updated assignment.
