GeoTab HOS Integration
Automatically pull actual start and end times for historic routes from GeoTab, with no manual entry required.
GeoTab HOS Integration automatically pulls the actual start and end times of historic routes from GeoTab into Laminar Copilot. Once connected, these actual times populate on their own — no manual action required.

How drivers are matched
GeoTab HOS Integration matches drivers between Copilot and GeoTab using their phone number or email address. For a route's actual times to sync to the correct driver, at least one of these must match exactly between the driver's record in Copilot's Driver Roster and their profile in GeoTab.
If neither a driver's phone number nor email matches between Copilot and GeoTab, their historic route times won't sync. If actual times aren't appearing as expected for a driver, check that their phone number or email matches on both sides first.
How it works
Once your GeoTab account is connected, Copilot automatically pulls actual start and end times for historic routes from GeoTab — you don't need to do anything to trigger it.
This is the automatic counterpart to Actual Route Start and End Times: where Advanced Route Time Editing lets you manually correct a route's actual times, GeoTab HOS Integration fills them in for you automatically once a route is historic.
